No. You can send a booking request without creating an account. We reply by email with everything you need for your stay.

Your card is authorised for the deposit, not charged. We confirm the dates with the villa owner and reply within 24 hours. If we can take them, the deposit is charged and your booking is confirmed. If we cannot, the authorisation is released and you pay nothing. Some villas confirm instantly instead, and those say so on the booking page before you enter a card.

If your arrival is 45 or more days away, a 30% deposit of the accommodation, plus our booking fee, is due when the booking is confirmed, and the balance, including the tourist tax, falls due 45 days before arrival. If you book inside 45 days of arrival, the full amount is due on confirmation.

Card payments run over a 256 bit SSL encrypted connection, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. Cretico holds your payment and releases it to the villa owner 24 hours after you arrive, so the money stays with us until you are in the house.

A booking fee of roughly 6%, against 15% or more on the big booking sites. Same villa, better price.

The booking page breaks down the total for the exact dates you choose, including our booking fee, before you confirm anything. If you want a cost confirmed in writing first, just ask us.

Tell us as early as you can which dates you would prefer. Changes depend on the villa calendar, so we come back to you with what is possible before anything is charged.

Every villa carries one of three cancellation policies, Moderate, Firm or Strict, and the villa page states which one applies before you pay. The refund windows, and what stays non refundable, are set out in our Guest Refund Policy.

Call us within 24 hours of arriving. That is the window for reporting a travel issue under the Guest Refund Policy, and our team is close enough to sort most things the same day.
