Your payment is protected
You pay a deposit when the booking is confirmed, and the balance is taken automatically 45 days before you arrive, from the same card, after we email you. Cretico holds all of it, and the owner is not paid until 24 hours after your arrival.

Payment transactions
Cretico takes a deposit when your booking is confirmed and the balance automatically 45 days before you arrive, then waits until 24 hours after arrival before releasing funds to the villa owner, in order to ensure that everything goes smoothly. In the case of a cancellation, Cretico will refund you according to the cancellation policy of the villa.
All transactions are secure card payments made over an encrypted (TLS) connection with established payment providers.
