Organised on three levels, the villa consists of seven bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests. Taking advantage of the terrain's gradient, the villa is set on the natural slope, thus enjoying the best of views from every level. Entering the plot, the guests find themselves on the middle level, where the main living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and two of the bedrooms are found. Both bedrooms have double beds, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, air-conditioning, en-suite bathrooms with jacuzzi shower cabins, and direct access to balconies with splendid views. In one of the bathrooms, there is also a washing machine.
From the entrance level, a staircase leads to the upper level where the third bedroom is found. It comes with a double bed, floor-to-ceiling wardrobes, air-conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub. Going on a couple of stair steps, this room enjoys access to the ample roof terrace with jaw-dropping, panoramic views.
Apart from the main building volume, two independent units are set on the ground/pool level, each with two bedrooms. One of them comprises a kitchenette with a regular electric oven and mid-size fridge - this can prove extremely useful for the preparation of meals when the guests are relaxing by the pool or while a barbecue- a bedroom with Jacuzzi bathtub, and a second with a Jacuzzi shower cabin. The second independent unit is composed of a spacious room with a double bed and a living area with couches, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub.
Upon request, baby cots and high-chairs can be provided free of charge and the beds divided into single beds if needed.
Apart from being perched right on the sea edge and the spellbinding views, this villa offers its guests the major advantage of allowing them a level of privacy while enjoying their vacation with family and friends. Children and adults will be equally satisfied by their stay and by the sense of freedom that the villa offers.

The Villa is located in the majestic area of Tersanas, in Akrotiri, Chania and near the famous area of Stavros. The town of Chania is only 13 km away, offering a variety of restaurants and many choices for nightlife entertainment. Chania International Airport is 10km from the Villa.
You can find a supermarket, pharmacy, taverns and gas station at the neighbouring village of Horafakia, about 3 km away from the villa. You can also find mini/ supermarkets, cafés and beach bars in the village of Stavros, which is 4 km away from the villa. Stavros village is gifted with spellbinding beaches of crystal clear, blue water.
The nearest beach is Maherida and it is 800m away from the villa. A stunning little beach with white sand and turquoise water is shaped in the centre of the bay, surrounded by sharp rocks. As the sea currents change directions several times a day, and because of the fact that it is not an organised beach, the water here is as clear as it gets. Keep in mind though, that it is popular for nudism.
Within a few minutes drive, you will find Tersanas beach. a small, sandy beach that surrounds the bay. Here you will find sunbeds to rent and a small taverna with great choices for the whole family. It's a lovely spot.
The villa is only ten to twenty minutes by car from Chania. With its charming historical town, Chania is considered to be one of the most beautiful cities in Greece with regard to culture. There are numerous interesting and enjoyable things to do in Chania, wander around the old town, admire the architecture and the marvellous scene of the Egyptian Lighthouse, have dinner in the small alleys of the Venetian harbour, visit the Archaeological Museum and countless more.

The villa is a unique, luxury self-catering accommodation for a large group, with private pool, that can sleep 10 -15 persons comfortably. Set in a rural area, it is close to the beach and only 10' driving from Chania town, in Crete. It astonishes newcomers with its artistic style and the spaciousness of its architectural design .
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
