The villa consists of 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms separated into two floors. The max. capacity is 11 to 12 persons. Two of the bedrooms are with double bed while 2 bedrooms have two single beds each. Two bedrooms have a single bed while the 7th bedroom has a semi double bed. One of the bedrooms (with single bed) is on the upper floor while all other 6 bedrooms are in the lower floor.
The lower floor consists of 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with bath. Guests have straight access to the private pool of the villa through the two front side bedrooms. The pool is just a few steps away from the two main bedrooms which looks the blue sea. Another bedroom has its own private shaded patio where you can enjoy reading your book or having your coffee. The fifth bedroom has access from the side of the villa with nice green exteriors and a sitting area.

The standard of the interiors is very high with modern style and luxurious aesthetic. Tasteful furnishings and interior design full of blue and white colours which are the traditional Greek standard colours. You can enjoy the stunning views to the sea from the upper floor while relaxing at the huge sofa.
The villa is just a kilometer away from the main Plaka square where you can find tavernas and mini markets for your shopping. The closest beach is in Almyrida which is about 1.7 km away from the villa. In Almyrida guests have also many options for eating, cafe and small local bars as well as super market for all their needs.

Plaka is a traditional small quiet village in Apokoronas region. Plaka is located 25 km from main Chania city and is a part of Vamos. Municipality in Apokoronas region. Plaka is built in 68m above sea and offers a fantatic view to Souda bay and Akrotiri peninsula on the north west. In terms of view Plaka is one of the few areas that combine sea views and mountain views as you also have views to the White mountains.
The closest beach is in Almyrida which is about 1.5 km away from Plaka main square. Guests of Plaka can find all basic amenities such as mini markets, cafe amd tavernas; all located in the main square of the villas next to the local church.
Plaka is between Almyrida and Kokkino Chorio. All of these areas have permanent residents all around the year. The last 2-6 years Plaka and surrounded areas has been an atttraction for foreigners who wanted to buy a home or spend their holidays. In the summer time, local people and visitors create a great place to spend your time.
Plaka main square is just 700m. away from the villa. There you can find some tavernas with nice food and a couple of super markets. If you want more options you need to walk down to Almyrida or drive to it. In Almyrida there are more and more options, you have nearly everything.
There is a WiFi spot called villa Ioanna, you won't need a password to use it.

Lovely villa, great views, very good location, extremely quiet and private, very comfortable beds, pillows and duvets, and host didn't disturb us, what more could you ask for, faultless, enjoy
A clean and spacious villa with amazing views, which provided a great base for our holiday. The owner and his family were very friendly and responsive. We loved the view, the pool, the living area, the garden and the welcome fruit and drinks. Things to be aware of: you can walk 10 (hilly) minutes to the restaurants in Plaka, but if you are eating in the Villa, it is difficult to get to the poolside without going downstairs and through one of the bedrooms (a bit of an odd design). There is also a smaller than usual dishwasher which was a challenge for a party of 11. There is a big table in the living area, which we used rather than carrying stuff through the bedrooms to the garden (but we mostly dined out). I would describe the villa as lightly furnished - not a lot of storage in the bedrooms, and not the most comfortable of mattresses. It was very clean indoors, with lovely cleaners coming twice a week, and slippers provided for everyone! We had a great holiday and enjoyed visiting Crete very much. Thank you for the hospitality.

Villa Roula is a luxury crete villa of 265sqm with natural surrounding, olive groves and unique sea view from Suda bay up to Rethymnon city.
The Mansion is built on 4 levels and can accommodate up to 10 people, all 12 months year round.

There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
