The house of 300m² is detached and independent and lies within a 2200m² plot. It develops on two levels, namely the main house consisting of 3 bedrooms, an office, a kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, while the lower level is a detached spacious studio with a bathroom and a kitchen included, connected to a gallery. Designed with provision for easy access and residence for people with disabilities.
The exterior surroundings include large lawn parts, coniferous trees and olive trees. In addition in the eastern part of the plot there is an exclusively private patio area with gravel that borders the main bedroom and the study area. The house privacy is achieved by both clusters of green bordering neighboring properties and by the distinctiveness of the whole house construction. The property offers a private parking space and access to the internet in allover its exterior and interior spaces.
The architectural concept of the residence is showcased by large glass constructions and its external decoration which is accented by fine, simple lines and functionality. The house can comfortably accommodate 8 guests ensuring a cozy and aesthetically pleasing stay.

The house lies within the city limits of Chania and is located in a short distance from the Therisso Gorge and the sea. The wider area is covered with vineyards, orchards and olive trees. The village where the residence lies is a quiet, traditional Cretan village with old stone houses and some more modern buildings as well. The house is located in the Therisso Gorge entrance, a gorge famous both for its historicity and for its wild beauty. The route from the house to the gorge and to the village of Therisso is preferred by many for cycling activities and for dining as there are many restaurants with traditional Cretan cuisine within it.
The access to the city of Chania and to the sea is particularly quick by car, taxi or public transportation and easy as it lies just 3klm away from the city and 2.5klm away from the sea.
1. ORDER - CLEANING:The property will be handed over clean and tidy and in good working order. You are requested to return the property tidy and in good working order. Cleaning service & linen change will be provided twice weekly at the times the owner or his representative will advise upon arrival. Any additional services will be offered on request and at an additional cost.
2. BEHAVIOR & DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY: The client making and paying for the reservation is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of his party. You are responsible for any loss or damage that you or member of your party may cause to the property or its contents. A security deposit of 300 Euro is handed to the owners upon arrival as a guarantee against any damage or heavy cleaning fees. The amount is returned upon departures, if no claims arise. You are required to report any damages to the owner or his representative. The owner or representative reserve the right to ask a guest to leave if he or she is not behaving in a respectful and orderly manner. In addition, entertainment parties and functions involving a large number of guests is prohibited unless approved by the owner or his representative. Should you make any unauthorized use of the villa in this manner, the owner or his representative reserve the right to ask you to check out.
