Situated in the heart of Chania City and housed in a building dating from 1926, the 95m² property consists of a first-floor deluxe apartment, completely renovated during 2017.
Entering the building, stairs lead right up to the upper level, where the 95m² apartment is found. An open-plan sitting area and the kitchen are amply lit by the atrium. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities and the dining table can sit up to 6 guests. Next to the dining area, the spacious sitting area includes among others, a 4-seater sofa that can be converted to a double bed. The house has two double bedrooms - one with a double bed, and another with two single beds that can be joined into a double one upon request. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with shower, while a WC adjoining to the 40m² veranda includes a shower to be used during the summer months. Smoking is allowed on the veranda area.
The apartments provide guests with a luxurious and homely living. Strategically located in Chania centre, part of the Old Town, ensures that everything is only a few steps away. Cafes, supermarkets, eateries and the market filled will local shops and franchises are within their grasp. They nevertheless offer a quiet and relaxing stay, since the spacious veranda provides guests with a tranquil view of the Venetian walls and the municipal market.
