Situated in the heart of Chania City and housed in a building dating from 1926, the 95m² property consists of a first-floor deluxe apartment, completely renovated during 2017.
Entering the building, stairs lead right up to the upper level, where the 95m² apartment is found. An open-plan sitting area and the kitchen are amply lit by the atrium. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities and the dining table can sit up to 6 guests. Next to the dining area, the spacious sitting area includes among others, a 4-seater sofa that can be converted to a double bed. The house has two double bedrooms - one with a double bed, and another with two single beds that can be joined into a double one upon request. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with shower, while a WC adjoining to the 40m² veranda includes a shower to be used during the summer months. Smoking is allowed on the veranda area.

The Villa is a newly built property in Megala Chorafia village, Apokoronas, just 9km from the town of Chania. Set on this outstanding and serene location, in close proximity to the north Cretan coastline, with a superb mountainous background and plenty of amenities nearby, the villa guarantees its guests an unforgettable holiday experience.
The villa has foor area 130 sq.meters and capacity of 2-8 individual allocates. Also has a courtyard 100 sq.meters.
This lovely villa is set only 4 minutes walk to the centre of the Almirida village where all amenities can be found such as taverns, cafes, bars and a couple of mini markets, as well as the incredible sandy beach of Almirida. It comprises 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large open-plan living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, two spacious balconies for you to enjoy the breathtaking views and a spacious private swimming pool (6m x 4m, 1,4 m deep).
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
