For families with children, the garden offers a unique, safe environment due to the closed fences around the property. Both houses are furnished and decorated with style and good taste. The prospect of a totally relaxing holiday in Crete close to nature is realized by the beach, patio and garden, surrounding the villas.
The garden is an oasis in its own right with olive and bougainvillea trees encircling the house. This space provides ample opportunities for both relaxing and entertaining at the generous and shady garden table. From the garden, at sunset, the terrace lounge area provides an ideal setting.

This lovely country house is the first house, built in this lovely area from my parents. It is built just 10 m from the sandy beach of Chrissi Akti.
Repairs to the house were made with absolute respect to the architecture of the period of its construction. It is a house that I adore just see it, full of memories from childhood ...
Chrissi Akti is an area for family holidays, near Chania, in walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants & shops. Car rental will be not necessary. Bus station /taxis are nearby.
For those loving the mountains, there is only 15 km to the wonderful mountain area, villages waiting to be explored, offering beautiful views and good old fashion traditional Cretan food. The surroundings offer all someone could wish, from lovely beaches to amazing mountains, from modern beach life to old historical places, all reachable in not more than 20 minutes. Located very close to Chania with easy access on foot 30 min, by bus 10 min, taxi and car 7 min.
It is perfect for two friendly families.

This villa consists of 4 spacious luxurious bedrooms (2 more beds can be added in two of the rooms), 4 bathrooms, living-room, and a fully equipped kitchen. It offers great outdoor areas of verandas, balconies, private parking, barbeque and an outdoor private swimming pool.
From the main entrance the living room with 2 sofas and the coffee table welcomes you to the ground floor of the villa. In the living room you find satellite TV plasma and DVD player a stereo CD player.
Passing through the portal of the main entrances of the villa you enter the open landscaped living room with the L shaped kitchen.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
