This Villa extends to 160 sq meters and on two levels connected by stairs and it is absolutely private. There are 2 air conditioned double bedrooms with one double bed each one of them. Both bedrooms have their modern ensuite bathrooms with glass shower, fresh towels and all the toiletries you need. They are also equipped with TVs, storage space in wardrobes and an open garden views.
The living room of the Villa is bright and it comes with a comfortable sofa bed that turns into a single bed. The indoor fireplace will warm up the atmosphere and the wide smart TV will entertain you along with its applications. The living room also comes with an air conditioner and direct access to the private garden.
The fully equipped kitchen will make you feel at home, since there you could have all the necessary appliances, like a real size fridge, oven, stove top and dishwasher as well as all the pots and pans to prepare your own meals. The wooden indoor dining table is comfortable for unforgettable tasting moments! Do miss to use the espresso/cappuccino coffee maker, the toaster, the mixer and the kettle.

The complex comes with endless mountain views, farms where you could be guided in and amazing organic private gardens extended on 15 acres. Our gardens are carefully designed by Lefteris, the son of the family, who is an agronomist and highly decicated to detail; the gardens offer you fresh products ready to be consumed and they will perfume your stay with the aromatic
local plants they grow, such as lavender, marjoram, thyme and dictamnus. We would be glad to show you our heart left hospitality through complementary gifts, most of them received from our gardens; fruits and vegetables, marmalade, olive oils and, handmade desserts to take some Greece back home.

The Villa is located on the hillsides of the traditional Agia Village, in the prefecture of Chania, in Crete island. Our villas are only 5 minutes' walk away from the beautiful Lake of Agia, protected habitat by Natura 2000 and home of various migratory birds after their long traveling from north to south. Τhe access is direct towards the popular blue shores and the towns of the northern, coastal axis of Crete: the popular Platanias Village, the lively Falassarna Town, the exotic Elafonisos Beach and the picturesque Paleochora Town, all surrounded by idyllic beaches. The impressive Samaria Gorge in Omalos region is also approachable directly. Don't

There is no refund available for cancellations later than 14 days prior to arrival and for checking-in from January to April and for checking in from October to December
Strict: Refund 50% up to 21 days or 25% from 21 to 14 days before the local check-in time
The villa is a new, 4-bedroom villa with a spacious private pool, built in the seaside resort of Stalos, 2 km away from the sandy beach. This magnificent, 3-storey holiday villa with sea views is located 9 km west of the picturesque town of Chania.
The Holiday Villa is situated in Maleme, built on a historic and famous hill. Not only does it offer amazing views, but this villa in Maleme also has quick access to other parts of the prefecture of Chania.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
