Built on two floors, the villa has been designed to take advantage of the spectacular scenery and its careful planning offers an impressive view from the bedrooms and the living room.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and the WC. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms and AN extra room for laundry and ironing. On the roof garden you will find a nicely planned area with a jacuzzi where you can enjoy the magnificent view.
Going out in the pool area you can relax on the bed in the water while the children will be playing and running around in the playground.
At lunch time you can call the villa's chef who can prepare a meal for you at the barbeque or the woodstove and then enjoy it at the specially designed dining area by the pool.
In the free services of the villa is including 1 cleaning per 7 days of booking, with a change of sheets/towels.
For the season 2024 we serve every morning to our guests a free breakfast basket. Around 8.30-09.00 every morning a breakfast basket is delivered that include some of these: fresh orange juice, yogurt with honey, fresh baked croissants and bread, sfakiani pita, fruits, marmalade/cocoa/butter, bougatsa, graviera/elies/paximadi.

This villa is a 220 sqm property consisting of 3 levels. Built on the highest level of the plot, it enjoys panoramic views ranging from the blue strip of Souda Bay, the scattered Apokoronas villages to the magnificent White Mountains.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
