This is a unique complex in an olive grove overlooking Souda bay and the White mountains.
The complex consists of the main tower like building (with 4 luxury en-suite bedrooms located on the ground and first floor), with a separate stone cottage to the left. The Cottage is able to accommodate up to a further two people, giving a total of up to 10 bed spaces. There is also an additional two bed spaces in the Rock apartment.

The "Keep" tower like building has four large bedrooms (two on the ground floor and two on the first floor) with comfortable king size beds, two of which can be separated to make single beds. A well fitted kitchen and a living space is also in this building.
The "Cottage" is set slightly apart from the main villa. This apartment has a good sized bedroom, a full bathroom with walk in shower; a kitchenette and a sitting come office area on a mezzanine floor. The cottage is accessed by a concrete step path and is ideal for a couple wanting to be with, yet separate, from the main group.
The "Rock Apartment" is an ultra-modern metal and glass apartment set within excavated rock and beneath the outside living area. It has a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a living room and small kitchen.
Two swimming salt-water pools offer the option of swimming laps or continuous swimming. The lower one pool is a lap pool of 3 by 14 meters and the higher pool is an endless pool of 6 by 8 meters. Both the lap pool and the endless pool can be heated upon request and with extra charge.

The complex is located on Akrotiri, just 10 km from Chania and the old Venetian harbor. TheAkrotiri area is known for the sandy beaches like Marathi, Kalathas, Stavros and Tersanas. There are many good places to eat and the main amenities one needs.
- Climate resilience fee (15 euro/night) is not including in price and is paid on the spot upon arrival. (Fee is determined by the Greek government and might change for the next season)
- Security Damage Deposit: 1000€
- Heated Pool extra charge per week: 560€ (must be pre ordered)
- Cleaning: Every 3/4 days plus the final cleaning is included in the price.
- The pool is not covered, but built to the standards of the Greek Tourism organisation EOT. Parents have full responsibility for supervision of their minor children No children under the age of 12 permitted the pool at any time without adult supervision. When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility.
- Guest Injury: Neither the owner of the property nor us can be held responsible for any accident or injuries occurred to all guests during their stay at the property under any circumstances.
- Valuables left at the property are at the guests' risks. Neither us nor the owner (and the property staff) can be held responsible for their loss or misplacement.

The complex consists of 4 villas, built around a 96 sq. m swimming pool, 200 m. from the beach, with a mountain and sea view.
The spacious, elegant, sea-front villa is located at Tersanas, right above a cove of mesmerizing emerald blue waters. It boasts a private pool with magnificent views to the West, over the endless sea that spreads to the Gulf of Chania and beyond. Immersed in the dusk colors, the guests get to enjoy sunsets that will forever be engraved in their memory.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
