Centered around a sleek fireplace, the living area includes a cozy sofa corner, lounge chairs, TV, and open views to the pool. Minimal yet warm, it's a space to pause, connect, and relax.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Fully equipped with modern appliances, including oven, stovetop, dishwasher, espresso machine and toaster, the kitchen invites long, lazy meals around the adjacent dining table with seating for 6-8.
PRIMARY BEDROOM
Spacious and soothing, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, a work and vanity station, generous wardrobe space, air-conditioning, radiator heating, TV, safe box, and access to a private veranda with a sitting area and table. Ideal for guests or kids, this third bedroom mirrors the others in comfort, with two single beds that convert into a king, safe box, private terrace access with a sitting area and table, and built-in storage. Ensuite Bathroom: Featuring a soft color palette, walk-in rain shower, and heated towel rack.

En suite in every room: All three bedrooms include a private bathroom with walk-in rain shower, elegant basins, modern lighting, and neutral surfaces.
An additional WC is located near the living area for shared use.
THE POOL
The villa's 4x8m pool is a serene centerpiece, perfect for leisurely swims or playful family moments. Designed with safety in mind, it includes a shallow area ideal for kids. Sunbeds are provided for relaxation by the pool, and the pool can be heated upon request and with extra charge, making it enjoyable even during spring or autumn stays (heating not available during the summer months).
THE BBQ AREA
An elegant pergola shelters the villa's outdoor BBQ and dining area - an ideal spot for summer dinners, Cretan meze, and clinking glasses as the sky turns pink. Designed for comfort and connection, it extends the living space into the open air.
