Built with zest, refined taste and respect to the privacy of every visitor, the four independent villas are the ideal destination for a pleasant and unforgettable holiday experience, in an area of superb natural beauty and excellent climate, tenderly caressed by the breeze of the deep blue Cretan Sea.
The four villas of the complex share the same architectural design and facilities.
The interior of the ground level (pool area level) consists of a spacious sitting room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub. In the exterior of the ground level, there is the pool and the pool area, as well as gardens and flower-beds. An outside dining area can also be found on the ground level.
The interior of the upper level (parking area level) consists of a twin bedroom, a bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom with shower cabin, which is accessible by both bedrooms. On the exterior of the upper level, there is a spacious terrace, flower-beds and a large parking area. All three bedrooms of each villa come out to either a terrace or a balcony. The two levels of each villa are connected with interior and exterior stairs. Each villa is accessible by two entrances on both the ground and the upper level.

Piskopiano and Hersonissos (Greek for "peninsula") are two small villages within walking distance of Koutouloufari that have also kept their traditional style.
Limani Hersonissou, the Port of Hersonissos, is a seaside town 25 km east of Heraklion. It was an important seaport and trading centre from ancient times through the Roman and Byzantine periods. The modern town stands over the ruins of ancient Hersonissos and is a cosmopolitan resort, famous for its sandy beaches and lively nightlife.
The Lagada region (Greek for "valley"), an area of outstanding natural beauty south-west of Koutouloufari, takes in the villages of Potamies, Avdou, Gonies and Kera. Their traditional architecture, among olive groves, plane trees, orchards, streams, small plateaus, caves and gorges, offers visitors moments of peace and tranquillity. The region's heritage includes the remains of the Roman aqueducts that brought water to Hersonissos, and the monasteries of Gouverniotissa in Potamies and Kardiotissa in Kera, which still draw history lovers and pilgrims throughout the year. The area is extremely rich in flora and fauna, and large parts of it belong to the Natura 2000 network.
