The holiday villa consists of three levels:
On the ground floor there are:
One bedroom with a double bed and en-suit bathroom with shower.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave.

Two living rooms with sofas, fireplace, TV, DVD, stereo, internet, air conditioning.
A large terrace with comfortable sofa overlooking the pool and the sea.
On the first floor there are:
One master bedroom with a regular double bed and en-suit bathroom with shower.
One bedroom with a bed that can be split in two single beds and en-suit bathroom with shower.
Luxury bathroom with jacuzzi.
Also, on the first floor, on a level a little higher than the other two rooms (upper floor), there is one master bedroom with a king size bed (2,00x2,20m.) and en-suit bathroom with shower and bathtub.
From the first floor you can relax in a stunning terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy your coffee overlooking the sea and the surrounding area of Hersonissos.
On the basement
An external staircase leading to the third level in a basement studio with a double bed, en-suit bathroom with shower, kitchen, lounge and a yard.
The villa includes a BBQ area garden level with oven, grill, outdoor table and a closed area of 25 sq.m. with kitchenette, fireplace, indoor table and WC.
The garden of the villa is 1800 sq.m. with trees, flowers, lawn, heated pool and gazebo with outdoor dining. From the garden, you are 7 steps to the beach where you can enjoy your bath in the sea.
The Crete holiday villa is surrounded by a garden 1800 sq.m. with trees and flowers and is comprised of the main building 170sq.m, a basement studio 35 sq.m. and a B.B.Q. place of 50 sq.m.

There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
