One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor & two of them are located on the top floor. On the ground floor, there is a terrace with direct access to the swimming pool. From the top floor, the view is fantastic to the blue crystal water sea with shallow end, to the clear sky and to the mountains. There is a wooden roof on the top floor & the house is covered with marble floors. A fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor with 4 ring stove, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher and a washing machine. A Satellite TV & a DVD player can be found in the sitting room. Sunbeds & sun umbrellas are available. You can enjoy the private pool. The holiday Villa is a detached property, beautifully decorated, located on the hillside, above the sea.
As soon as you pass along the paved corridor and enter the area of the luxury villa, enclosed by stone walls and green fences, you feel completely at home.
These beautiful villas each have their own private swimming pool, parking area and terraces. They include covered pergolas, BBQs, sunbeds and outside dining areas. Raised flower beds have been dressed with decorative gravel and planted with shrubs.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
