Read moreThe two bedrooms are located on the ground floor. In the one bedroom there is a double bed, while in the second bedroom there is a single bed. Both of them have anti-allergic mattresses. On the upper floor, there is the living area and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is nothing missing. The technical equipment is up-to-date with quality pots and pans and tasteful dishes.
Both floors offer a direct access at the veranda, the pool, the garden and the beach. The private pool of the villa is cleaned with a salt filter system, without chlorine. Comfortable loungers made of solid wood, a Hollywood swing, an outdoor shower and many, many olive trees and Mediterranean plants complete the beautiful setting..
Finally, the most exciting thing is that the beach is only a few meters from the villa.

The villa is located 5 km. away from Ierapetra, the nearest city, where you will find a wide selection of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and large supermarkets. At a distance of 2 km., further east, there are smaller supermarkets, which also offer fruits and vegetables. . The beach is only a few meters form the villa. Villa Pelagos is also an excellent starting point for excursions and hikes

There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
