Take a boat to the island of Spinalonga, an ancient fortress that also served the Venetians & the Ottomans, only to become a leper colony until the late 50's.

Less than 15 min. away is Plaka village, with a beautiful white pebble beach and amazing fish taverns.

HOUSE RULES
General Rules
The maximum property capacity is 6 people. No additional visitors or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from the host. If you wish to hold an event, please contact us in advance.
We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum so as not to disturb other residents in the area, particularly during quiet hours from 3:00AM to 5:30AM and 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Ashtrays are provided in outdoor areas for your convenience. Please be aware that smoke detectors are installed indoors. If guests smoke inside, a significant room recovery fee will be charged to
cover the extensive cost of restoring the affected areas.
Damages
Guests are advised to report any damage to the property or its contents immediately to the host. Any damage incurred will be the responsibility of the guest, and costs of replacement or repair will be incurred at the guest's expense, subject to the host's discretion.
Drinking Water
Please note that the tap water is NOT drinkable. We recommend consuming only bottled water.

Overlooking the tropical gardens and gazing into the infinity of Aegean Sea, the Villas lie just 80 metres away from an idyllic and awarded "Blue Flag" beach of full privacy and peacefulness.
Architecturally designed Cycladic style villa overlooking the Gulf of Mirabello on an arid mountain-scape of Crete. Constructed with organic shapes and amazingly lush exterior spaces facing towards the sensational landscape of sea and islands, the villa is framed naturally and gracefully fits in with its surroundings. The garden and orchard, which were created by a landscape architect, combine decorative and scented species in order to enjoy fruits and flowers the entire year-round: olives, oranges, mandarins, lemons, figs, mousmoulia (a type of peach), pomegranate and aromatic plants - mint, rosemary - turn sitting in the shaded lounge near the garden into a deeply relaxing experience. The villa and gardens have been designed to provide multiple areas of shade during the day as the sun moves around the villa.
The Villa is a newly built luxurious, eco-friendly residence on a private land of 2,500 square meters located in the north-eastern coast of Crete, close to the quaint and peaceful village of Plaka and only 12 km from the beautiful city of Aghios Nikolaos, with the lively nightlife (clubs and bars).
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
