On the ground floor, you will find a large open-space living room and dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a small WC and a spacious bedroom meeting all specifications for disabled people. The ground level accesses the gardens and the private swimming pool.
On the first floor there are two more sunny and airy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, both opening to large verandas with breathtaking views.

Panormo Village is a located right in the middle of the North Coast of Crete, 22km east of Rethymno and 55km west Heraklion. It is one of the most beautiful seaside villages of Crete (it actually belongs to the "Network of the most Beautiful Villages of Crete"), featuring picturesque stone paved alleys, two beautiful organized beaches and a wide range of shops and restaurants. It has a population of 400 people, which doubles or triples every summer.
The wider area around Panormo features many natural and archaeological attractions. Visit the lighthouse on the Hondrokavos Cape, about 800m from the center of the village, to enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen.
Also, make sure that you visit the remains of Agia Sophia Church. It was built in the 5th century, the early Christian times, and was excavated in 1948. In its days, it was one of the biggest Christian Royal Churches of Greece.

Access to the village is very easy since it is located practically on the Northern National Road Axis connecting all of Crete. Access to the south is equally easy.

Rethymnon Town is a 20 minute drive from villa Levanda. The Old Fort (Fortezza castle) dominates the town; it was built in 1590 to protect the city from pirate raids and the Turks. Rethymno is smaller than Chania, but is developing quickly. The old town is the place to go with its narrow shop and taverna lined streets that run along and off the water front.
Rethymno is full of charm and can compete with Chania for the title of "Most beautiful city of Crete". The old town streets are full of lovely old traditional stone houses many are of Venetian origin. There are also Turkish houses and Minarets. Rethymno has a long sandy beach that starts in the town centre and runs eastward. The beach is lined with Palm trees, hotels, Restaurants, cocktail bars, cafes and tavernas, plus all the tourist shops one would expect. The town is full of life and energy and eating out under the stars is a pleasure not to be missed.
