In detail, the 200sq.m. interior of the villa comprises 2 levels of space that promises an unforgettable stay. On its ground floor, there is an open-plan living-dining area, featuring a fireplace, a 52-inch flat-screen TV, satellite channels, and DVD player, and majestic views of the pool and the surroundings. There are a fully equipped kitchen and a playroom with a game console. The villa features 3 bedrooms, two of them with double beds and one with twin beds. A double sofa-bed can additionally accommodate two more guests if needed. The bedrooms have access to the balcony. Two spacious, luxurious bathrooms and a WC are offered, that boast hot tub, jetted bath and bath or shower.

The newly renovated two-storey house has country house, family atmosphere and it is built on the central square of the old traditional village of Vlychada.
Overlooking the terracotta rooftops of Amari Village and a valley of unspoiled natural beauty, the villa is an ideal base to explore the undiscovered Crete. It is a great spot for anyone who wishes to get away from the crowded touristic areas, yet being close enough to visit them. Carrying a family history of 150 years, the stone building has been fully restored offering a private pool and spectacular views.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
