The villa was once a favourite country retreat for the family that own that private villa. Set in the beautiful Cretan Landscape, in a village of Pasalites in Rethymno Crete! This beautiful villa has a brand new outside area, and really comfort inside, and sleeps up to maximum of six. The house was cerefully restored in 2014 and this year transformed into a comfortable and welcoming fully furnished villa, maintaining the country style, with its own private pool!

Services:
Bed linen, bathroom towels, and pool towels are provided. There is a weekly linen change, as well as a weekly thorough cleaning of the house, garden, and pool area; fresh flowers are also provided. There is a smaller mid-week cleaning on Thursdays. On arrival guests receive a welcome hamper with basic provisions. The garden and grounds are maintained by a local gardener. Chef/cooking services and babysitting can be arranged, payable locally. Guests are met by the owner of the house. A local contact for assistance, information, and emergencies is provided, and there is a comprehensive information pack on the house and local area.
Exterior:
Villa Maris enjoys a tranquil setting within the sunbathing terrace where the pool is with a poolside shower, sun loungers, an outdoor table and chairs, and parasols. There is a patio beside the pool area ideal for al fresco dining.
Interior:
The accommodation is divided over two levels, and the house is beautifully decorated throughout, and furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings. On the lower ground floor are the main living area with an open fireplace, comfortable furniture and the kitchen with the dining room which has a table seating eight, and gives onto an outdoor dining terrace and the bathroom. On the top floor are the two bedrooms with the one bathroom, with a big balcony overlooking the garden and pool area!
There is air-conditioning throughout the house!

The 180sq.m. villa can accommodate 8 people, has a 45sq.m. private swimming pool with separate children's pool that is not overlooked and is surrounded by a rich, beautiful garden within a 14.000sq.m. private, enclosed olive grove.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
