From the main yard, where there's a swimming pool, marble stairs lead to a spacious veranda and the entrance to the sitting room where there's a satellite TV, a built-in stone fireplace and a stereo system. There's a kitchen on the left and a door leading to a veranda and a lawn garden surrounded by shade trees. On the right side there is a bedroom with two beds and a shower/wc equipped with a washing machine.

A wooden staircase leads up to the upper floor where there are three more bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each, sharing a bath/wc and the two verandas.
