It is a new made complex of two villas for renting, located before the village of Mixorouma - Agios Vasilios Municipal, on the middle of the county of Rethymno at the island of Crete. The two villas were made by much appetite and careful work of the owners, Eleni and Stelios
The complex offers two luxurious autonomic villas for renting placed on a plot about 2.000 square meters with a well designed outside space, with a great garden and a swimming pool 15x5 meters distances. It has very easy access, as it is a few meters far aways from the main road, which connects Rethymno - Agia Galini, few meters before the village of Mixorouma, 4 km before Spili, in a very quiet and beautiful area.
Each autonomic villa can host up to six(6) persons. The villas include kitchen, living room, lounge, three(3) bedrooms, a bathroom, a WC, fireplace, heating, aircondition, TV, large balconies with wonderful view to the round area.
As well, the visitor can enjoy a bath in the beautiful swimming pool which is placed on the middle of the complex, or spend nice time at the beautiful garden or to the croft, which is round the two villas. Can also make a barbecue in the beautiful stone build side of the villas.

Eleni - Stelios
There are two villas each Villa-House is 100 sq.m. maisonette. Downstairs has a living room, sitting room, dining room, kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. More specifically, the living room includes a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a fireplace, satellite tv, dvd, cd-player, air-condition, alarm and two fire extinguishers. The dining area includes a table with 6 chairs. In the kitchen there is a complete electrical equipment. Namely: stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle, juicer, coffee and sugar, tray, bottle opener, bread basket, placemats, colander, bowl for ice cream and cake.
The downstairs bathroom is equipped with shower cabin, toilet, washbasin with cabinet, hairdryer, mirror. The bedroom has a double bed with 2 bedside tables and table lamps, dresser with mirror, air-condition, TV, large closet where it contains box.
Upstairs (internal staircase) in the left there is a desk with internet connection. Right next there are two bedrooms. Each one contains 2 single beds with 2 bedside tables and table lamps, air-condition, dresser with mirror, TV, and big wardrobe.
On both floors of the villa there are balconies. At the top balcony exists clothes dryer, while the lower balcony there is a table with three chairs.
In the outside space of the villa you can find one neat space with a manicured garden with flowers, trees and herbs.
The villa has a swimming pool of 40 sq.m. with a depth of 1,75m. dimensions 15x5 padded inlay, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, barbecue, oven, chimney, unlimited space for children and parking.
The villa has a garden with many vegetables, which can be savored each for free.
A special feature of the villa is the element of stone, which creates an image simultaneously traditional and magical. During the night thanks to the lighting and hear the sound of running water on the stone wall creating a magical landscape.
Basic advantage is that the villas is very few miles from the fantastic beaches of Crete.

The village Mixorouma or "Chani" is one of the biggest villages of the municipality of Agios Vasilios, municipal section of Lambis, mainly because of its geographical position, being the passage to Spili, the capital of the municipality. Located at an altitude of 300m. and has about 400 residents.area map gr01
About 26.5 km far from Rethymnon and about 4 km from Spili. Referred to as Mixorouma in all Venetian censuses.
According to Spanakis for the first time the village is mentioned in 1577 by Barozzi and Kastrofilakas called Mixoruma.
In 1630 the Basilicata also with the same name.
In the Turkish census of 1659 reported as Miksurya with 8 homes.
In 1881, referred Myxorrouma in the municipality of Lambis, with 126 residents.
In the Egyptian census of 1834 reported as Mixoryma.
In 1900 spelled correctly as Mixorouma again in the same municipality with 146 inhabitants.
In 1940 again spelled incorrectly as Myxorouma.
The word Mixorouma comes from the complex (mixis+rouma) gave its name to the village from the location of the confluence of two flounders, mixing, mingling the waters of a brook and a river, that springs from Spili.
Today visitor is worth to visit the old Mixorouma, a beautiful village with stone houses, smothered in green.
