The villa is in the Akoumia area, about 44 km by road from Rethymno (a 55 minute drive), near Triopetra on the Libyan Sea. Triopetra beach is 2.5 km away, with a small mini market and a few tavernas serving fresh fish and other Greek food, where you can watch the sun set and the stars come out over the clear blue sea.
