From both upstairs bedrooms you step out onto a large veranda which overlooks the olive groves, the White Mountains and the sea.
On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dining room with a large couch for 6 persons, an easy chair and TV / CD. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher washing machine and all the necessary requirements for cooking a meal of your taste.
The interior of the Villa is air-conditioned for comfort on hot summer days.
For any chill days possibly early and late season, there is heating throughout the entire Villa plus a cosy fireplace in the living room. Outside the Villa in a designated place you can find plenty of wood.
On the exterior there is also a large terrace with table and chairs overlooking the HEATED Swimming Pool, which is 7.5m x 4m (depth: 0.9m x 1.6m), with adjacent Children's Pool. There are sun-beds for relaxing, parasols and grass planted alongside.
Nearby is a barbecue that you may easily use. Your own private parking is right outside the Villa.

Spilia
is situated 2 km from Kolymvari
, which is at the edge of the Rodopu Peninsula, 22 km from Chania
center and 30 km from the airport of Chania. It's location, near the junction of the national road, allows access to Chania in about 20 minutes.
The village of Spilia is named after the Cave of Ai-Yiannis Erimitis
which is to be found in the west part of the village on the hill above both Villa and Cottage, on an impressive site of great historical importance with it's purported Healing Waters and exceptional views of the olives groves, the sea and the White Mountains.
Dominating the village is the Church of Panayia Myrtidiotissa
, whilst a short distance away is a Spring and the dense vegetation of extremely high Plane Trees, that are centuries old.
Under the trees is a very pleasant and locally run taverna offering traditional food.

The Holiday Villa is situated in Maleme, built on a historic and famous hill. Not only does it offer amazing views, but this villa in Maleme also has quick access to other parts of the prefecture of Chania.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
