We would highly recommend this wonderful villa. The owners are so friendly and kind, even giving us a present on leaving. They were very prompt to reply to our booking message as it was a last minute booking. The villa is stunning with a beautiful pool and garden, surrounded by an olive grove. It is completely quiet and the views of the sea and mountains are beautiful. The villa is positioned very conveniently for visiting Chania, Falassarna, Kissamo, Baloo Lagoon, Elafonissi and some of the gorges. There is plenty to do. A fabulous stay - thank you.
Thank yo for our hosts, who were most helpful. Villa was even prettier than we could imagine. It had all the facilities we could hope for. Location was also great. Bus stop to Chania very near and also walking distance to beach. Pool area and garden are so beautiful. We had a family vacation with 3 generations and all enjoyed.

Anna and Giorgio could not have been kinder, more welcoming or helpful they are lovely people. The Villa is superb and a magnificent place to stay all the facilities magnificient. Everyone loved the pool, garden and barbeque from ages of one to 73 there is nothing to fault. Absolutely Great there is nothing else to say we would love to go back.

Passing through the portal of the main entrances of the villa you enter the open landscaped living room with the L shaped kitchen.
The porticoed main entrance door leads into a spacious L shaped, open plan living area, with a large fireplace in the corner, with 2 sofas and easy chairs grouped around a large coffee table.
The Holiday Villa is situated in Maleme, built on a historic and famous hill. Not only does it offer amazing views, but this villa in Maleme also has quick access to other parts of the prefecture of Chania.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
