The villa is situated in a verdant location near Kontomari in Kissamos, Chania, just about one kilometer from historic Maleme and three kilometers from busy Planatias.

The 200sq.m. villa sits in a 950sq.m. plot of land and constitutes of two floors.
The villa has a large private pool with a salt system and a smaller one for children, as well as a barbeque, a wood-oven, garden furniture and sezlongs around the pool.
GROUND FLOOR An autonomous 50sq.m. apartment can be found at the ground floor. The aparment consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, a sitting room with two sofas and a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR On the first floor one can find the sitting room with its fireplace, the luxurious dining room, the fully equipped, traditional kitchen, a double bedroom and the bathroom.
SECOND FLOOR The indoor stairway leads to the second floor, where a bedroom with a private bathroom and a hydromassage system, a double bedroom with a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a single bedroom can be found.
Every room offers air-conditioning and is surrounded by balconies, from which the magnificent view can be enjoyed.

Just 1.5 km away is the deserted beach of Pyrgos Psilonerou. The neighbouring villages of Maleme and Gerani have a wide choice of restaurants and tavernas, and a short drive or bus ride takes you to Platanias, the most popular resort in western Crete, with its sandy beach, restaurants, tavernas, bars and clubs.
The old capital, Chania, full of charm, is only 20 minutes away. There you can while away the hours at a harbour-front taverna or wander through the winding cobbled streets, full of local crafts.

Wonderful place to stay We would highly recommend this wonderful villa. The owners are so friendly and kind, even giving us a present on leaving. They were very prompt to reply to our booking message as it was a last minute booking. The villa is stunning with a beautiful pool and garden, surrounded by an olive grove. It is completely quiet and the views of the sea and mountains are beautiful. The villa is positioned very conveniently for visiting Chania, Falassarna, Kissamo, Baloo Lagoon, Elafonissi and some of the gorges. There is plenty to do. A fabulous stay - thank you.
Unforgettable week in luxury villa Thank yo for our hosts, who were most helpful. Villa was even prettier than we could imagine. It had all the facilities we could hope for. Location was also great. Bus stop to Chania very near and also walking distance to beach. Pool area and garden are so beautiful. We had a family vacation with 3 generations and all enjoyed.

Lovely Villa super People Anna and Giorgio could not have been kinder, more welcoming or helpful they are lovely people. The Villa is superb and a magnificent place to stay all the facilities magnificient. Everyone loved the pool, garden and barbeque from ages of one to 73 there is nothing to fault. Absolutely Great there is nothing else to say we would love to go back.
