In the Nopigia area of Kissamos, on the north-west coast of Crete, the villa is 600 m from the beach and 6 km from the town of Kissamos (Kastelli).

Kissamos (Kastelli) has a wide choice of shops, banks, tavernas, cafés and clubs, as well as a local health centre. Chania is 33 km away, Chania (Daskalogiannis) Airport 48 km and the port of Souda 39 km; Falasarna beach is about 30 minutes by car and Balos about 50 minutes.
The same geological forces that created the island's mountain ranges and beaches also carved out remarkable gorges. At 16 km long, the Samaria Gorge is the most famous in Greece and one of the longest and most impressive in Europe. Thousands of visitors walk it every year, a hike of six to seven hours. The Omalos plateau, at the start of the gorge, lies in the White Mountains at an altitude of 1,000 m.
