If you have ever dream about a holiday villa in Chania in blissful seclusion where you can lose all sense of time, then this unique property will prove ideal, enjoying one of the most enviable positions you are ever likely to find in Crete.
Perched on a hilltop and on the edge of the sea, the views are stupendous and its immaculate interior match its magnificent location.
The villa has two floors, each with its own private entrance into a three bedroom apartment. For all intents and purposes the two units are entirely separate and private and in our view it is also ideally suited to a larger group who may wish to rent the whole property exclusively.
The swimming pool is situated in the rocks to one side and is accessed by a common path from the house. Whether you are lounging on the terraces around the pool or relaxing on the spacious private balconies, the views are fabulous and the silence broken only by the waves against the rocky shoreline below.
The standard of the interiors is high, each apartment consists of two bathrooms one with shower, and the other with a jacuzzi bath, three good size bedrooms, one double and two twins, some bedrooms have a balcony, a spacious sitting/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen in a section off the sitting area.
The sitting room which has a fireplace, is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, a wide glazed window with two doors leads to a huge balcony with views that will take your breath away. Each apartment has the added convenience of a dishwasher, and a washing machine is provided in the larger of the two bathrooms.
With a constant breeze for which Crete is well known, the villa never feels stuffy and yet air-conditioning is provided in every room.
We have special rates for groups less than 12 persons. Please have a look at the rates section.
The villa for the months April to May and September to November is only available for groups of 6 persons max. and can be rented as floor apartment in very low rates.

A quiet village in Akrotiri Peninsula
Stavros is located right on the tip of the peninsula of Akrotiri in a beautiful bay at a distance of 14 km from Chania. It came to light thanks to the famous scenes of the film "Zorbas the Greek".
Stavros is well-known for its beautiful sandy beaches and the clean, blue sea. It is actually a small bay and a long sandy beach next to it.
The area of Stavros consists of a scattering of holiday accommodation and some private villas, but generally it remains beautifully quiet. A couple of tavernas are close by and a few more as you head out to Stavros in one direction or Kalathas in the opposite direction.
The beach at Kalathas is sandy and some water sports are also available. One or two small grocery shops are in the area but there are many more shops and restaurants in and around the seaside villages in the peninsular. A car opens up further options to explore this fascinating area of Crete.
The contrasting terrain is almost endless, with vineyards and melon fields, to traditional villages and fishing harbours. At the northern tip and only a four minute drive from your accommodation you will reach Stavros beach area where 'Zorbas' mountain dominates a glorious white sandy beach which is shallow and safe for children. Stavros had been used as the location for the film Zorba the Greek as it represented the archetypal sleepy fishing village.
A path to the rocky seaside of the area is available straight down from the villa.
Tersanas is the closest sandy beach at 2km away from the villa. Stavros, in general, has 4-5 different sandy beaches within 3-4 km away. There are also two mini markets and a super market within the same distance.
Check in time is at 14:00 while check out is at 11:00 in the morning. We're always flexible depending on the availability plan.
