As with the rest of the house, the bedrooms are all spacious and airy and many of the bedrooms have large glass sliding doors that open to private balconies.
Guests can spend time together in the open plan living and dining areas, which also boast floor to ceiling windows and doors so you can enjoy the vista wherever you are. Open the doors wide and let the breeze sneak in. Settle in for movie night in the main living area on the cozy couches that can seat everyone.
Feasts can be prepared in the kitchen that has everything you could need and want, including a breakfast bar for your morning coffees. Meals can be savored on the large dining table that can seat up to 16 guests.

The villa is located in the municipality town Perivolia of Chania, 6 km south of the city of Chania, at an altitude of 90 meters, in the northern foothills of the White Mountains. The villa has easy and direct access to Chania (8-10 mins drive from the city center) and the highway (4-5 mins) in several different ways.
An ultra age-old olive tree of great historical and cultural value has given the name to the region and was also the source of inspiration for the name of the complex. The story says that once it was the only tree in the area. Today it stands out because of its size. The trunk at the base has a perimeter of 13 meters and it is divided into 5 other trunks that form a huge nest. The surrounding area is shaped for the protection of the tree as well as for the use of the shade and tranquility that offers.

The complex consists of 4 villas, built around a 96 sq. m swimming pool, 200 m. from the beach, with a mountain and sea view.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
