The villa has six airy bedrooms divided into two buildings and 3 floors. The main entrance for the villa is from the main building on the first floor. Directly entrance to the main open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area suitable for 8-10 guests. Near the kitchen, there is a living area with a big Flat Screen TV and an energy fireplace. From the living area, there is direct access to the veranda with sofas, the ideal spot to drink your cocktail gazing at the amazing sea view.

From the interior staircase goes to the attic of the villa with a bedroom, a Jacuzzi, and an ensuite bathroom. Let you self-relax in the interior heated pool, which is on the ground level of the villa. Around the indoor pool, there are sunbeds and a communal bathroom. The pool can be heated at an extra cost! The ideal place for all over the year. On this floor, there are two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.
The rooms have direct access to the yard. Near the main building, there is a building with two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a living area suitable for 4-5 guests. Each bedroom has its own TV with satellite channels, bath amenities( shampoo, shower gel, soap, conditioner), free WiFi access, high-quality CoCo mat mattresses, linens, and towels by Cocomat. Babies are welcome in our villa as we will provide you with baby cots and high chairs.
Getting out of the villa, the first thing that will impress you is the gorgeous view of the Cretan Sea. Imagine yourself swimming in the outdoor pool and gazing at the Seaview, especially during the evening with the sunset. Your kids will swim also safely in the child pool. Spoil yourself in one of the outdoor living areas either on the balcony gazing at the view or near the garden gazing at the natural surrounding beauty. Wherever you may choose to sit, you will definitely love it!

The villa is a unique, luxury self-catering accommodation for a large group, with private pool, that can sleep 10 -15 persons comfortably. Set in a rural area, it is close to the beach and only 10' driving from Chania town, in Crete. It astonishes newcomers with its artistic style and the spaciousness of its architectural design.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
