This villa is the smaller of the two Villas located in a rural setting but within easy access of Stavros and the lovely City of Chania. Tranquility is just what you can expect staying in this modern fully equipped villa with a private pool and outside spaces.
On entering the villa you will step into the dining room, with access to the pool. To your left is the sitting room with a smart tv and to your right is the fully fitted kitchen. Leading off the sitting room you will find the outside spaces. An outside sitting area and a covered dining area with a gas BBQ. There is also a guest WC on this level.
Read moreUpstairs you will find a double bedroom with lots of storage, a family bathroom with a large shower and a bunk bedroom. Both these bedrooms have sea views from their balconies. There is also a large terrace with sea views.
On the lower level you will find a twin bedroom with a shower room at the bottom of the stairs. You will also find the washing machine on this level.

Set in a quiet rural location just a 20 minutes' walk from Stavros beach and a selection of tavernas and 15 minutes for a mini-market. A short walk leads to the main road where you can get a bus into the beautiful Chania City.
The Akrotiri has a number of nice beaches within a 20 minute drive and some very good places to eat so we recommend a car.
Kounoupidiana is 7km away. It is a small town with supermarkets, restaurants, grocery shops, pharmacies and a doctor.
Chania Town is 14km away.

The Villa is a located in Megala Chorafia village, Apokoronas, just 9km from the town of Chania. Set on this outstanding and serene location, in close proximity to the north Cretan coastline, with a superb mountainous background and plenty of amenities nearby, the villa guarantees its guests an unforgettable holiday experience.
The villa is located in a secluded area of Aptera village and it's only a short distance (2,5km) from its world famous archaeological site. Its distance from Souda port and Chania town is 6km (5 min. drive) and 13km (15 min. drive) respectively. The villa is surrounded by olive trees and offers spectacular views of Souda Bay and Akrotiri peninsula.
The villa was built in 2009. Situated in an idyllic location in Kambia, municipality of Vamos, Chania, Crete, it is ideal for holidays that combine both mountain and sea.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
