In the main space of the property, there is a cozy living room with a grey corner sofa, a 55-inch smart television, a fully equipped and brand-new kitchen, and an electric oven with glass-ceramic cooking hobs for the preparation of your meals, a dishwasher, and a four-seat dining table. The French window, with brand-new storm shutters, connects this main space of the property with a big porch with a magnificent panoramic view of the village of Malia and the hills in the distance, as well as a glimpse of the seaside. There is also a six-seat dining table on this aforementioned porch.
There are two bedrooms, which can accommodate a family or up to two couples. In the case of babies and toddlers, we can provide you with a playpen, a bouncy chair, and a stroller. Every bedroom has an air-conditioning unit, a 32-inch smart television, and comfortable beds with brand-new mattresses and beddings made of natural materials, which will provide you with great satisfaction while sleeping.
The sofa in the living room can turn into an extra bed to accommodate a 5th guest.
The Villa has two brand-new modern bathrooms, featuring two spacious shower units and a washing machine. Also, there are available individual shampoo, conditioner, and body wash products, and a hairdryer.
In the yard, extended to 90 square meters, you will find a private pool for rest and relaxation.

The villa a stone-made, traditional, cosy and comfortable house 150 m² which is located in the famous Lasithi Plateau in the village "Agios Konstantinos" that is situated 8km away from "Dikteon Andron"- the cave in which Zeus was born in the Prefecture of Lasithi.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
