located 1 kilometer far from the biggest, sandy beach of southern Crete Kalamaki-Komo). It is built at the foot of a quiet hill with amazing view on the mountain, the sea and the sunset.
It abstains 1 kilometer from the traditional village Kamilari and is located near the archaeological sides of Faistos, Gortys, Agia Triada, Matalla and Komo. Nearby are the seaside places Matalla, Agia Galini, Lenta. In the region around there are traditional villages, where events and traditional feasts with music and dancing take place during all summertime.

The villa is a stone made traditional house built in 1903 that is renovated with attention to detail in 2004. It is situated into the village Kamilari.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
