The ground floor consists of a kitchen with all modern amenities and with a gas and electric cooker, an oven and a microwave and there is also a WC, a dining room and a sitting room in the same room.
The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom (24 m2) which has its own bathroom and there is also another bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms.
All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, TV sets and central heating.
There are internet connection and an alarm system for your own safety.
From the spacious balconies in all bedrooms and you can enjoy the amazing view from all rooms of the villas, ground floor and first floor.
There is also a private parking area for your cars.

The newly renovated two-storey house has country house, family atmosphere and it is built on the central square of the old traditional village of Vlychada.
This villa in Crete is built at the foot of a hill just outside Heraklion; it is situated at a privileged location on a central road outside Heraklion towards the village of Episkopi.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
