The ground floor consists of a kitchen with all modern amenities and with a gas and electric cooker, an oven and a microwave and there is also a WC, a dining room and a sitting room in the same room.
The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom (24 m2) which has its own bathroom and there is also another bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms.
All rooms are equipped with air-condition, TV sets and central heating.
There is an internet connection and an alarm system for your own safety.
From the spacious balconies in all bedrooms and you can enjoy the amazing view from all rooms of the villas, ground floor and first floor.

The Villa is built in a quiet point of Paliokastro at the foothills, with a view to the Cretan mountains, the sea, the old castle and part of the city of Heraklion.
Driving distance from Heraklion is just 10', via the national road.
The beach is 500 m away. In a short distance there are shops for provisions and taverns.
If by any chance you need medical care, the University Hospital is just 10 km away.

The newly renovated two-storey house has country house, family atmosphere and it is built on the central square of the old traditional village of Vlychada.
The Luxury Villa Gouves has a private swimming pool. The ground floor is consisted of a kitchen with all modern amenities with electric cooker, an oven, a microwave, a dining room and a sitting room in the same room and also a WC.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
