Many locals choose to live in "Gouves" because the city Heraklion is just 15' drive via the E-75 national road. This quiet "suburb" of Heraklion can combine quietness, calmed and relaxed atmosphere that a village can provide and at the same time being able to be in the centre without having to think of the traffic that normally it is the biggest problem in a city.
All that we can ask from the tenants is to respect the Villa.
No alcohol consumption in the swimming pool.
No dives or jumps in the swimming pool.
Smoking is allowed only outside.
By law it is required to have quiet hours.
During the summer season from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 7:00.
During the winter season from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 7:30.
Summer period shall be the period from 1 April to 30 September.
Winter period shall be the period from October 1 to March 31.
We kindly request from our guests to respect the quiet times.

Situated 25 kms outside east from Heraklion, at the area of Anissaras (next to Chersonissos), the villa is just 2 minutes walk to the beach.
This villa with private pool is a unique spot in order to experience the real Crete while it is also only a short distance from the touristic area of Hersonissos.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
