The villa is a traditional Cretan home. It is made of stone and wood, in total harmony with the natural beauty of the area, white colours are dancing in the rooms and Intense traditional details like stone archways, built-in beds, baths and sofas. The villa comprises 4 bedrooms, enough to host up to 9 guests in beds. Three more guests could be hosted if willing to sleep in common areas as well as in the case of children, that guests can also rise up to 12.
Although one of the higher houses of the area it is protected from the winds. It's just a few meters below the wings of the eagles that nest high up on the cliffs and it offers to visitors a one and only panoramic view of the Libyan sea and almost all the southern landscape of the countyside of Rethymno.

All looks better than in the photos! The view is something that you will remember for long! The beaches and tavernas are easy to reach by car!
We visited this villa in September and enjoyed it very much. The home is well equipped and comfortable. This location is nicely isolated, grocery and beaches are a 15min drive. The roads in this area are fine but are not north american roads, expect steep hills and tight winding roads. You really don't need to go anywhere to have a terrific holiday, the villa has it all.

The Villas are located in Rethymno, in a village named Adele just 1,5 km from the nearest sandy beach. There are 2 independent villas built in 5 acres of private olive grove. The villas can accommodate up to 12 persons and are ideal for large groups or for 2-3 friendly families! Also the fact that you can rent both villas together offers you the advantage of both having vacations with friends and having your private place for you and your own family! The view from the traditional villas is fascinating as ahead lies the largest olive grove of Crete!
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
