Two independent houses within the seaside estate with courtyard and gardens compose this ideal vacation rental. The mesmerizing beach of Chrissi Akti (Golden Bay) on the northern Cretan coast of Chania is at the villa' doorstep, just 10m from the beach, while the city's center is just 3-3.5km away and reachable by regular public buses or even on foot.

The villa has a direct connection to the sea with no other property blocking the views towards the blue horizon. Thus most of its spacious rooms have panoramic views across the sea, the small island of Lazaretta, and even the town of Chania.

Τhe main, traditional building, one of the oldest in the area, has been carefully renovated to preserve its unique character.

•Garden view house (100 sq.m, 8 stairs down from ground-level, sleeps 4 ). Two bedrooms, lovely living room, windows with a garden view, a bathroom, open plan kitchen, and private parking.

There is an enclosed shared garden (1000m2) with a swimming pool 30 m2 . For families with children, the garden offers a unique, safe environment due to the closed fences around the property. Both houses are furnished and decorated with style and good taste. The prospect of a totally relaxing holiday in Crete close to nature is realized by the beach, patio and garden, surrounding the villas.

The garden is an oasis in its own right with olive and bougainvillea trees encircling the house. This space provides ample opportunities for both relaxing and entertaining at the generous and shady garden table. From the garden, at sunset, the terrace lounge area provides an ideal setting.
