Terrace & Pool
The terrace and the pool are integral aspects of each villa adding a prestigious character to the provision of services.
Actually, the open-air terraces contemplate directly the magnificent view of the bay while they are also surrounded by individual gardens with trees and wild flowers, inviting you to recover and experience harmony in mind.
For refreshing your body the private seawater pool is at your disposal. Pools are ˜ 40m² and 1,60 m deep, they are getting cleaned, and they are completed with sun chairs and loungers.
Bedroom & Bathroom
In each Villa one of the bedrooms is fitted with king size bed and en suite bathroom, the second with two twin size beds and shower room en suite. In addition, luxurious marble bathrooms have been designed with emphasis even in the slightest detail. Diverse accessories like the hairdryer, bathrobes, bath and beach towels as well the slippers are on your disposal.

The villa of 170 sqm, is built on different levels, each offering spacious balconies and verandas affording breath-taking views across the bay and the surrounding mountains. It has been furnished in a tasteful, modern design in fresh colours and is with three bedrooms and two bathrooms suitable for 6 persons.
There is a two payment installments: 30% once a booking is confirmed, payoff 30 days prior arrival. The guest pays either by Credit Card or PayPal. In case of a cancelation, Cretico will refund the guest, according to the cancelation policy selected by the villa's owner.
